Hi folks, I recently acquired this Mazda 6 2.2D and it seems the EGR valve probably needs a good cleaning. I bought some EGR cleaner and I've removed the exhaust which I believe goes from the EGR valve to the intake manifold. It actually wasn't bad at all. I didn't dismantle anything else because I wasn't sure what to remove next. The issue is with power loss, acceleration. The car acceleration is very poor, almost like my old Mazda 6 1.8 2008. I feel like the turbo not kickin in but maybe that's not the issue. Hard to get on revs above 3k and 4-5k revs takes ages on every gear, maybe except 1st.
